Thank you for shopping with PuraDaily. We want to make sure your experience from checkout to delivery is as smooth as possible. Please read our shipping policy carefully so you know exactly what to expect when you place an order with us.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business business day. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time. During high volume periods such as holidays or promotions processing times may be slightly longer. We will communicate any delays promptly via email.
Shipping Times
Once your order has been processed and shipped estimated delivery times are as follows:
United States: 3-7 business days
International: 7-15 business days
Please note that all delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary depending on your location, shipping carrier, and circumstances outside of our control.
Shipping Costs
We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States.
International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery through the carrier's website.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active after you receive your shipping confirmation email.
Lost or Stolen Packages
PuraDaily is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. If your tracking information shows your package was delivered but you have not received it please take the following steps:
Check with neighbors, building management, or other members of your household. Check around your property including porches, garages, and side doors. Contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number to file a claim.
If you are still unable to locate your package after taking these steps please contact us at hello@puradaily.com and we will do our best to assist you.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged please contact us at hello@puradaily.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged packaging and product. We will work with you promptly to resolve the issue including a replacement or refund where applicable.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. PuraDaily is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you realize you have entered an incorrect address please contact us immediately at hello@puradaily.com. We will do our best to make corrections before the order ships however we cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order has been processed.
Customs and Import Duties
For international orders customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, taxes, or additional charges imposed by your country. These charges are not included in your order total and are collected by your local customs authority. PuraDaily has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement by contacting us at hello@puradaily.com. Once an order has been processed and shipped it cannot be cancelled. Please refer to our Return and Refund Policy for information on returning items after delivery.
