Your satisfaction is our priority. We stand behind every PuraDaily product and want you to feel confident in every purchase you make with us.
30-Day Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your order. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.
Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for a return your item must meet the following conditions:
- Product must be unopened and unused
- Product must be in its original packaging and sealed condition
- You must provide your receipt or proof of purchase
Due to the nature of dietary supplements we are unable to accept returns on opened or partially used products. This policy exists to protect the health and safety of all our customers.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return please contact us at hello@puradaily.com with your order number and reason for return. Do not send any items back without first contacting us — items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Once your return is approved we will provide you with return instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect please contact us at hello@puradaily.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will resolve the situation promptly at no cost to you — including a full replacement or refund at our discretion.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected you will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it please contact us at hello@puradaily.com.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Opened or used products
- Products not in their original sealed packaging
- Sale items and promotional purchases
- Gift cards
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product please return your eligible unopened item and place a new order separately.
European Union — 14 Day Cooling Off Period
If your order is being shipped to the European Union you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt for any reason without justification. Your item must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
